    There are four main aspects to the pre-construction process:

Initial Meeting 

Our project manager and accountant meet with you and the design team to set the parameters of the project.

Value Engineering 

We collaborate with you and the design team to explore alternative approaches that can reduce costs or shorten the schedule. Drawing on our extensive experience, we identify practical solutions that make the construction process as efficient and cost-effective as possible.

Scheduling 

The project team sets the preliminary timetable for the construction process, taking your needs into account.

Cost Control

With your approval, the project team sets up the financial framework for the project and a method for tracking costs.
