When managed effectively, construction is a well-coordinated and rewarding process. We stay actively involved throughout the build, monitoring progress and maintaining communication with the construction manager and team. Structural work, framing, and infrastructure are handled by the appointed construction manager, while we conduct regular site visits to confirm alignment with our plans. During interior and exterior finishing, our participation increases as we work closely with tradesmen and craftsmen to ensure precision and quality. The completed home reflects both our design intent and the client’s expectations.
